- Student life is always revolving between deadlines, studying, work and countless other concerns. Have you ever felt your mind floating between worries and stress that you cannot release? You want to concentrate more but are caught up in endless thoughts, unable to stop?
- Mindfulness is the key to help you return to the present. Mindfulness is a state of awareness and attention of an individual to the present moment (Brown & Ryan, 2003; Kabat-Zinn, 1982; Phan & c.s., 2020). In other words, it is a state in which a person is fully aware of all their actions, movements or cognitive processes such as thinking and imagining.
- Body Scan is the process of intentionally directing attention to each area of the body, observing sensations objectively, without judgment, in order to create a connection between the mind and the body (Kabat-Zinn, 1990).
- Let the talk show “Mindfulness & Body Scan: The art of listening to the body” guide you to touch the inner stillness, listen to your body and feel complete peace in every moment.

- Understand more about mindfulness and apply it to daily life.
- Identify emotions and thoughts to make wiser decisions.
- Experience the Bodyscan meditation technique – a method to help relieve stress and increase connection with the body.
- Interact and practice with the speaker and students.
