To further promote academic activities, improve teaching quality, and simultaneously support the MentalHigh project’s goal of enhancing mental health for faculty members, on Monday morning, January 26, 2026, the Faculty of Marketing and Tourism organized a series of academic activities with the participation of the Faculty Dean, all faculty members of the Tourism Division and the Marketing Division, as well as interested faculty and students.
The series of activities is designed to create an open space for professional exchange, sharing teaching and research experiences, and strengthening academic connections among faculty members. This is not only a regular professional activity but also a forum for emotional support, helping faculty reduce professional stress, increase a sense of belonging, and feel heard – crucial factors for mental health in the modern university environment.

At the Tourism Division’s meeting, the topic “Solutions to improve the quality of teaching and lecture materials” focused on reviewing the curriculum, sharing effective pedagogical methods, and updating teaching content to align with industry practices and learning outcomes. Lecturers discussed how to design student-centered lectures, apply technology in teaching, and build a shared learning resource library to reduce individual workload and enhance the consistency of the training program.

Next, the Marketing Division organized a seminar on the topic “The Influence of Social Media on the Consumer Decision-Making Process of Young Vietnamese People.” The discussion clarified new consumer trends in the context of digitalization, the role of social media platforms, KOLs/Influencers, and digital content in the purchasing behavior of young Vietnamese people. These analyses not only serve scientific research but also contribute to updating teaching content, making lectures more relevant to market realities.

Through this series of activities, the Faculty Board affirms its commitment to closely integrating professional development and mental health care for faculty members, in line with the spirit of the MentalHigh project. Creating a positive academic environment that encourages sharing and mutual support is considered a crucial foundation for building a faculty team that is professionally competent, psychologically stable, and highly motivated to contribute.

The series of academic activities on January 26, 2026, left many practical values, contributing to improving the quality of training at the Faculty of Marketing and Tourism, while spreading the message of a humane working environment where the mental health of lecturers is cared for and nurtured.
