Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry envisions becoming a university where mental well-being is recognized as a foundational pillar of academic success, institutional resilience, and sustainable development. Building on the achievements of the Mental High project, TUAF aims to foster a supportive and inclusive campus environment in which students, lecturers, and staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and institutional support necessary to maintain positive mental health, cope with stress, and thrive in a rapidly changing social and environmental context. This vision is particularly relevant for TUAF, where a large proportion of students originate from rural, mountainous, and ethnic minority communities and often face additional academic, social, and financial pressures during their transition to university life.
