The Student Volleyball Tournament 2025, an MHC#4 activity within the “Student Mental Health Calendar,” took place vibrantly at the volleyball court of Vinh University of Technology Education from 10 to 18 November 2025. The event was co-organized by the MentalHigh VUTED Project and the University Youth Union, aiming to promote physical exercise, strengthen student engagement, and encourage a positive and healthy lifestyle across the campus.
At the Opening Ceremony on 10 November, Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Lan, representing the VUTED’s MentalHigh Project, emphasized the importance of maintaining both physical and mental well-being for effective learning and student success. Her message inspired participants and elevated the spirit of the teams as they entered the tournament.
Throughout the week, teams from five student unions delivered exciting and emotional matches. The vibrant cheering atmosphere, strong teamwork, and enthusiastic participation contributed greatly to the distinctive spirit of MHC#4.
The Closing Ceremony on 18 November wrapped up the tournament in a joyful and proud atmosphere. The bright smiles of the athletes and spectators reflected the sportsmanship and positive energy fostered by the event.
