Royal University of Phnom Penh successfully conducted Capacity Building Workshop (CBW) on “Mental Health Capacity Building Project in Higher Education Institutions in Southeast Asia and Stress Management”

In the morning of 30th December 2025, Royal University of Phnom Penh successfully organized the Capacity Building Workshop on Mental Health Capacity Building Project in Higher Education Institutions in Southeast Asia and Stress Management” within the framework of the MentalHigh Project, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union for the period 2023-2026.

The CBW was organized at Royal University of Phnom Penh, with the participation of 8 professors and staffs. The aim of the workshop was to introduce the participants to the “MentalHigh Project” and the “Digital Platform” which includes MoodCare and ShiningMind app and how to manage stress at work places.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kao Sovandara, Department of Psychology, Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), presented the MentalHigh project.
